Sales Representative (Property Sales) : Follow-up with leads to increase sales in Real Estate Nurture relationships that connect with our clients to generate more sales Hold buyer and seller consultations to find out their needs and wants in a home, then show properties that meet those needs Intermediate negotiation processes, consult clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters, ensuring a fair and honest dealing Maintain and update listings of available properties Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services Note : 1 to 2 years of working experience in Property Sales Must have Real Estate knowledge |
