Manager in Automotive industry

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for effectively linking the company with government institutions like TRA, TIC, BRELA, TPA, WCF, NSSF, NIC. This role involves training and supervising staff to ensure organizational goals are met.

Key Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain effective relationships with government institutions such as TRA, TIC, BRELA, TPA, WCF, NSSF, NIC.
• Train, supervise, and mentor team members to foster a high-performing environment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align goals with institutional partners.
• Conduct regular assessments to ensure staff are meeting performance standards and receiving necessary support.
• Prepare reports and presentations for management and regulatory authorities (e.g TRA, TIC, BRELA, TPA, WCF, NSSF, NIC) as required
• Stay informed about industry trends and government regulations affecting our business.

Diploma

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience in dealing with government institutions such as TRA, TIC, BRELA, TPA, WCF, NSSF, NIC.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
